Decreased appetite since 3months 2. Fever 3months ago which lasted for 10 days History of presenting illness : Patient was apparently asymptomatic 3months back then he developed fever which is insidious in onset and lasted for 10 days Fever was low grade fever and intermittent. Relieved on medication. Associated with nausea. Not associated with headac
